    Safety Recall Statement: 2nd Row Seats Tip Forward During Braking 2011 - 2016 YM Odyssey 

    In coordination with the Competition and Consumer Protection Department in the Ministry of Economy and in line with its commitment to conduct an on-going review of all products in the UAE and provide the consumer with the required protection, Trading Enterprises Company LLC announces a recall for 2011 - 2016 YM Odyssey. 

    United Arab Emirates, Dubai, Trading Enterprises Company LLC, 18th June 2018, exclusive distributor of Honda in the UAE, released the following statement: 

    Following communication with Honda Motor Company, we have started a Safety Recall Campaign on 2325 units of 2011 - 2016 YM Odyssey in the UAE. 

    In the subject vehicles there is a possibility, 2nd row outer seats will not latch properly to the floor. An unlatched 2nd row outer seat may tip forward during braking, increasing risk of injury to occupant. 

    All repairs related to this service campaign will be completed free of charge to the customer. 

    In the interests of delivering the highest standards, of Honda quality and customer care, Trading Enterprises Company LLC will begin contacting customers with affected models to inform them about the recall and arrange service booking accordingly as soon as the countermeasure parts are available from Honda Motor Company.
