    ANNOUNCEMENT 
     

    Recall Campaign for Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Durango, Jeep Wrangler & RAM models imported in the UAE 

    In coordination with the Ministry of Economy — Department of Consumer Protection, and in line with the keenness of the Ministry of Economy to conduct an ongoing review of all the products in the UAE and provide the customer with the required protection, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM Authorized Distributors in UAE announce a recall campaign for the following vehicles: 

    Chrysler 300, 300C Dodge Charger Dodge Charger Dodge Challenger Dodge Durango RAM 1500/2500/3500 Pickups Jeep Wrangler 

    The front passenger airbag inflator on the affected vehicles may rupture, due to excessive internal pressure, during normal airbag deployment events. 

    This condition is more likely to occur if the vehicle has been exposed to high levels of absolute humidity for extended periods of time. 

    The decision has been taken jointly with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Middle East and the Ministry of Economy —Department of Consumer Protection to launch a recall campaign to carry out the inspection and perform repair on the affected vehicles which are imported in the UAE. 

    Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram Authorized Distributors in the UAE request customers who own Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Durango, RAM or Jeep Wrangler models to have their vehicles repaired.
