Recall Campaign for certain SUZUKI-Kizashi (2012 -2016 YM ) & SUZUKI-SX4 2.0 (2012 - 2014 YM ) Vehicles
In co-ordination with Ministry of Economy - Competition & Consumer Protection Department, and in line with the objectives of the Ministry of Economy to conduct an ongoing review of all products in the UAE and provide the consumer with the required protection.
Al Rostamani Trading Co sole authorized distributor of Suzuki in UAE announces Recall Campaign for Suzuki Kizashi (2012-2016 YM) and SX4 2.0 (2012-2014 YM)
CVT controller may fail to control the CVT oil pressure properly, resulting in the restricted vehicle speed and poor acceleration because of the resistor that is mounted on the circuit board inside the CVT controller may have excessively high resistance in the circuit due to development of a crack in the soldered portion due to manufacturing defect
Decision has been taken jointly with Suzuki Motor Corporation and the Ministry of Economy - Competition & Consumer Protection Department, to launch a Recall Campaign to caITy out the inspection of those vehicles affected in the UAE and have it replaced with the modified Part.
Al Rostamani Trading Co will contact the affected vehicle owners individually to inform and give an appointment for the carrying out the replacement of the part.
The replacement of the Part will be made free of charge and every effort will be made to minimize the downtime for the repairs.
