fardin
Well, there are two reasons why the car has rotten egg smell. One is catalytic converter and the other one is the battery. In your case, it cannot be catalytic conveter, as you were on vacation and you did not drive your car in meanwhile. So its battery. The rotten egg smell from the battery comes when there is a possibility of decoposition. I suppose the battery life is coming to an end now. I am also assuming that you did not remove the battery from the car when you went to vacation.
marknz
Ummmm! actually ya. The battery was inside the car only. I checked the battery as well. its dead, and the smell is from there only. God! Now new battery!
