The Patrol from The Grand Tour

I'm sure everyone has seen the video of the Nissan Patrol annihilating the Porsche 918 on The Grand Tour. Here is a video with a bit more information on it. I was pretty impressed the first time I saw it, but now not so much. I originally thought it was some sort of monster hillclimb machine but when I saw closer and realized it was basically just a Patrol shell on a GTR the magic was gone. It's still impressive but not so much.

i was somewhat sure that it had a GTR engine... Well wow....
i guessed it cuz once there was a qashqai and juke with gtr engine which came out faster than a bugatti

Same here Barry, i was thinking that it was something you could conquer the Dunes with, but alas just a GTR in a Patrol body, even the tranny and gear has been changed and it does not have the Patrol 4x4 gear anymore. But at 1500 HP it is one hell of a machine. Real Patrol are found on the Moreeb Hill climb at new year Liwa bash which either are found on top of Moreeb or explode into flames trying.
