Koleos 2017 - UAE- infotainment some features disabled

Hello everyone,

I bought new Koleos full option in Feb 2017 from Abu Dhabi. It has Rlink 2 software version 3.3.15.406

However, later I found that infotainment features such as services, connecting to Rlink store are absent in the system.  Connect option is always disabled.

Anyone experienced the same, how can we enable those features?

Its always better to ask the dealer why its disabled because i see its a renault and brand new and most people here do not own one. Maybe it has something to do with the GCC spec
