What’s your opinion on the new Judas Priest album?

Ive been a Judas Priest fan for years, I’d rate it 8/10. Ultra heavy but with flaws. Elements of Jugulator mixed with Defenders of the faith. It’s no painkiller but still better than their last album. Still takes all the new metalcore my first rock bands back to school. I’m sad that KK and Glenn have now left the band. For me, the dual guitar attack of KK and Glenn is what made Priest. Even when Rob left and Tim stepped in, KK and Glenn’s guitars kept the band going. Now that the 2 of them have left, perhaps it’s time for Priest to bow out and retire gracefully on this high note. Nobody wants a Judas Priest tribute band.

I've always thought that heavy metal was strictly meant for die-hard fans only, which disqualifies me from expressing an opinion on the merits (or lack of merits) of the album.
