can somebody give me information on how to change gear oil .

It need to be changed by mechanic as you need to raise the vehicle and open the drain bolt on gear box. While doing this highly advisable to change the filter too, for you defintely need a mechanic and then once installed fill up with OEM gear oil ONLY.
