remove rust on the car

i have a MR-V 2001 model and i have to get it repainted in its original color before i sell it off but there is 1 problem

rust marks in the bottom half of the car

any idea how to get them off

as o am going to get it repainted outside and not honda guys i want to make sure that they r going to remove them b4 they start painting

pls. help at the earliest

Dont bother yourself, as every car painter in the world removes the whole old paint and rust by scrubbing with sand paper otherwise new coat wont set in properly.

So just let professional handle it neatly.
