Why is my Honda Civic Steering towards left on hard breaking

When on hard breaking the car steered on left which was scary as i was about to hit the other car.

when breaking normally there was no problem.

Why is this happening?

My Dear Friend first of all it is Braking,

Now get the following checked

Front Strut Rod Bushings ,Upper and Lower Ball Joints, Tire Tread Separation and Brake Hose Operation Blockage.

Either or most of the above thing will cause the car to steer left or right on braking.

also it happens for uneven brake pads in front, maybe the left pad is ticker than the right, so when you brake it goes to left...

First of all, check the tire pressure.

Then, take it to a shop.

Have them perform an alignment on it.

If that doesn't work, replace the breaks.
