is there any way to repair a radiator when it is overheating

Ofcourse if radiator is copper (or metal one) it can be repaired, if its plastic top it cant be. You need new one there.

In metal one they can weld or even if core is leaking they can only replace the core and leave the whole jacket of radiator as it is.
