acess the motor for the wiper

how do i access the wiper motor of 2005 Tucson?.

Its right under the wiper area access from the hood open and grill removed under the wiper.

If opening because there is no water in wiper jet, then try opening the jet with sharp pin and see if it works. As often times these jets are badly clogged with dust.
