Oxygen Sensor

Recommended Posts

Firstly, disconnect the connection from the oxygen sensor and then unscrew the sensor from the exhaust pipe. Compare the new oxygen sensor to the old one and make sure that the extension is same, otherwise you won't be able to screw the new oxygen sensor into the exhaust pipe. After fixing it, just ignition to your car. If your car starts without any trouble, it means you safely replaced the oxygen sensor.

Just one suggestion. If you have never done that on your own, better take a help from an expert who has changed the oxygen sensor before. Otherwise it may be difficult for you. If in case, any fault pops up then you might end up destroying the sensor.
