fuel is getting consumed faster

having owned a infiniti is the best ever car that i have. Lately i have noticed that my QX56 is showing low fuel faster then it usually did. i mean a full tank would last me a 10 days or maybe 9 but now its just a week.

i have changed the fuel filter and air filter but i still face this problem.

will realy help me if i know how can i get the fuel efficiency back please.

is there a leak maybe in the fuel line. its best to check or else it may be dangerous.
