Is there something I should look for before buying a GS350?

Within the next few weeks, I'd like to purchase a black 2007 or 2009 GS350. I have a few questions before I buy one. Also, I'd like to modify the GS350 by lowering it. It's the only modification I plan on making.

I know Lexus cars are very reliable so I'm not very worried about that. How many kilometers are too many kilometers? I always maintain my vehicles very well and they last a long time. I already have a car in mind so I'm trying to find out how well the previous owners maintained it. Also, I'm trying to find out as much as I can about the GS350's service records. Are there any known issues I should look out for in these cars?

Also, are there any issues with the black paint? My first car was black. I constantly polished, waxed and sealed it -- it took a lot of work so

I thought I would never buy another black vehicle. I'd like to purchase a black GS350. Black looks so nice especially on the GS models.
