please i require a good service centre

My very beautiful Mercedes has been my best friend for 10 years. had few problems on and off and the only big part of the car that i had to get change was the rear bumper when my car was hit in an accident the other parts changing was all under car service. now that i have to get the rear AC duct changed as 2 flaps are broken (kids) i am not sure where to get it fixed or changed the gargash guys a very expensive so is there anywhere else i can go?
