looks like coolant is getting leaked into the engine oil tank get your car checked for leaks.

Definitely its 100 percent correct either there is a leak or someone must have added coolant to engine oil

If even wanted for a day to act on this kind of situation this may damage the engine in a bad way.

if you mechanic is suggesting to change the engine then before buying have a look in the scrap yard market in sharjah
