Land Cruiser doesn't seem to have any power

My friend's Land Cruiser seems be having some problems with i don't know what. We have already checked the battery and it is fully charged. It doesn't seem to be having any problems with the wires. Can anyone think of anything else we can check?

Have you checked the fuse or the wiring? Start from there and tell us what happens.

Fuel supply coming?

Air filter clean?

Electrical is good to give spark?

Self is clicking and starter motor is cranking the engine?
