Climate control system not working

The automatic climate control system in my MR-v (2008 model) is not working. Can anyone tell me what’s wrong and how to fix this?

May the temperature sensor is not working in your car system. The time when the temperature sensor fails, the automatic climate control system stops reading the temperature outside as the medium to do so is failed. You cannot fix the control system on your own and that’s why you need to go to the dealer.
