crackjack
When do I get the timing belt changed in my Panamera 2011 model? Is there any particular interval to do so?
narang
In the manual of the car, the timing belt replacement is there between 50,ooo to 90,000 miles.
amitaj
But there are some cases that you need to take care about as well other than the manual description. First, if you think there is any fluid leak in the car, always get the timing belt checked as it may need to be removed. Second, the replacement interval of timing belt and water pump is almost the same, so you can get it replaced whenever you’re getting the pump replaced. ihabb
As narang said, you should check the condition of your timing belt after 50.000 miles. But, you should definitely check it even before this mielage in case you drive your car "aggressively" (which is not a surprise when you have such a pwerful car). tarik
Well in Porsche timing belt schedule is at 100,000 Kms and not 50k miles. I had a Cayenne couple of years back and I remember how expensive damn thing change was at dealership. Phew.
