Dear Evaa, you can look into getting some insulated headliner to reduce the heat from overhead metal rod. Guys who dsign rollcage for offroad cars, can help making nicely insulated padding on those bars.

Alternatively, you can install remote starter for 300-500 dhs and start the car and car ac 15 mins you leave from your office.

where all have you tried for a good workshop and to what level are you looking for i mean the garage.

either you can go to sharjah industrial area 1 where there are many garages that can fix the AC in less the half of what AGMC has quoted you

second option is AAA as good as the dealer and a little less then AGMC give them a call with the chassis number and they can i think give u a good quote.
