If you car is doing missing and drinking lot of fuel and roughness in idling after changing spark plugs, HT leads and coil that means injectors are clogged.

You can clean them with fuel injector cleaner or get it outside and give it to Bosch service center on shk zyed road to get the pressurize steam cleaning to open them as new. replacing is last resort, as they are quite expensive.

Your car battery isnt holding charge properly or very rare that alternator is not charging at full amp.

Get battery checked and if its weak, get new one before you get stranded in some weird place.
