my Chevrolet cruze LT 2013 fuel consumption is outrageous.
I have completed around 2000KM and on full tank it is giving 350KM only. I have 60lt fuel tank. leaving reserve I do full fuel tank , it takes 52 lt, and 350KM. which is not good.
as per specification , it is saying 7.8lt/100KM. it is taking 14 lt/100KM.
I tried to call customer care, they said drive up to 1 service (5000KM) and new engine will take some time due to engine braking system.
what do you think?

Dont buy cruze. it is plastic car. it will break too often. you will go to dealer too often.
not a good car at all. I have it. I went to service center at 46000kms. then at 53000 and again at 55000. every time hefty amount.
