    I bet you won't regret buying a Passat. I switched to VW after Accord, which I felt is the best animal in four wheels.  I haven't complained since I got a Passat. I find it the most good looking car inside & out with loads of features. As Carguy said, it all depends on regular maintenance. 8-)
