  1. Hi everyone,

    My name is Sam

I have INHERITED a car from my mom after she passed away and I am building this project ever since and its a journey and I have been on cars as a study and major from a long time.

    2- Full Gasket kit

    3- Timming belts

    4- Man connecting bearing

    5- Gear box

    6- Clutch Plate

    7- Clutch Bearing

    8- Axel CV Joint

    9- Axel Boot

    10- Gear Lever Shaft

    11- Engine + Gear Oil

12- Oil Filter + Spark plugs

13- complete Engine Head + block rebuild.

Exedy Daikin Oe Clutch Disc & Plate.

    KN - Cold Air Intake.

American Eagle exhaust - NO headers YET..!!

    Tyres & Rims

    Roadstone-Radials --- Enkei

    205-55-R15 - REAR

    195-55-R15- FRONT

So after many years of switching intake manifolds and carburetors back and forth between 1988-1994 accords and civics.

INTAKE MANIFOLDS BELOW FOR BOTH THE ACCORDS AND THE CIVICS FROM 1988-1994 ARE DISCONTINUED

MAINLY BECAUSE THEY WERE TRAIL AND ERROR AND NO ONE UNDERSTANDS THEM UNTIL I FINALLY DID THE MATCH BETWEEN THE BEST INTAKE MANIFOLD AND CARBURETOR FROM THIS PROTOTYPE ONLY.

So i wanted to do something different and I always believed in Carbs.

Successfully fitted 1989 DX Honda Accord 2barrel Throttle Carburetor with the intake manifold of a 1993 dx hatch civic in a d15b7 engine.

It works like a charm..besides ;- carbs are for serious tuners that have high compression rate.

Note :- The F18A honda accord carb is the same as below

NOW INSTALLED an 1989 Honda Accord, 5 speed, A20A1, 2bbl carb.

THE INTAKE MANIFOLD IN REAL TIME PICTURE HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED (ILL TAKE A PICTURE OF THE1 I HAVE SOON)

BUT CURRENTLY I HAVE THE 1989 HONDA ACCORD CARB INSTALLED ON THE 1992 CIVIC INTAKE MANIFOLD.

THE ACCORD MANIFOLD AND CIVIC MANIFOLD ARE DIFFERENT IN SIZE-FYI.

THE ACCORD INTAKE MANIFOLD HAS MORE LENGTH THAN THE CIVIC INTAKE MANIFOLD.

(ILL TAKE MEASUREMENTS SOON TO SHOW THE DIFFERENCE IN LENGTH AND TAKE PICS OF IT AND PUT IT HERE SOON)

1989 HONDA ACCORD INTAKE MANIFOLD IS COMPLETLY DIFFERENT THAN THE CIVIC INTAKE MANIFOLD

BUT THE HONDA ACCORD CARBURETOR WHICH WAS MADE FOR A 2.0L HONDA ACCORD IS BETTER ON HONDA CIVIC INTAKE MANIFOLD.

ANYWAY HERE IS THE ACCORD MANI BELOW :-

    why carbs ?

    1- easy tunability

2- no limit for AF mixture

3- direct application - no electrical programming

4- Total control of AF mixture

5- Carbs are the main control - it is the heart of the engine

    6- Constant Velocity

7- Acceleration and speed go hand in hand - no limit.

in my personal opinion you can control speeds at any km/h per gear

    1st gear to 80km/h - 2nd gear to 130km/h - 3rd gear to 192km/h - iam closer to 11sec

    Price BUIld -

    Original Honda Engine + Tranny Re-built - 600 $

Iam now looking into buying a turbo, supercharger for over 250,000 rpm and its not a supercharger "rotrex -connected to engine pulley by belt ", V-tec Head, Arias Pistons, Buddyclub Valves, Crank, Cam , shafts, Retainers, springs, block gaurd, ken or dart billet block , electric motor , D2B tranny , MSD Ignitions, two recaro seats , custom header , custom intake for another addition of another carburetor on new manifold, R1R tyres, BBS Rims, new brake systems , ceramic discs and the list never ends.

    so iam guessing another 30,000$

My project build to future aim at high to high end speed of around 320km/h minimum with formulating 550 hp

  2. Dear Friends,

My name is sam and I love cars but i take my work on the next level and i do my research and my study case for every car with care and the best option... so a freind of mine has been facing problems back and forth from the co where he bought the car from and spent a fortune ,,going back and forth like cat and mouse - unless u know what u r doing ..u wouldnt need to use the company politics at all. do it with someone who studies the real history of ur car and comes and checks it and studies the case in short time.

so a freind of mine has a 308 peugeot 2008 turbo - 1.6 L and funny bcoz the guy in the company said with or without turbo ...its only 1600 cc and its the same ..so i laughed my A__ of if u know wat i mean so i knew what i was dealing with coz no one fixes anymore they only replace buy sell and who knows what and people are lost back and forth ,..

as per my study to the 1st car for me here in dubai ... i fixed his car once and for all and for a whipping 300 dhs only

the 1st thing ..if u see a sponge under ur hood of the car in dubai ...immediatly remove it as this insulating material was made only for the winter time to keep the engine warm .. but in the summers here as usuall in dubai the sponge will detoriate and make more dust in ur engine bay which u dont need and it and u will face problems with turbo 1st performance easily and loose ur engine pressure completly..

2- the stock filter -- let me tell u a concept - if u smoke a cigarette from the top of it .. u will burn and it causes heat and u become hot but if u smoke from the bottom of it - u smoke it easily and u dont get burn ... so the engine breathe properly ..

the current location of the filter near the engine intake manifold is crazy hot and it will not function properly and the air will be more hot than cold to the cold air intake for the turbo - in general the hot and cold air in every car needs to be balanced so that the compression is 100%

the current location of the filter is for the cold areas ..

below is the 2nd place for the hot areas and where it should be placed :)

So I found a way to fix this problem ...

1- remove the sponge insulator thats on the hood from the inside -those are only used for winter climates and not hot dubai .. sry i didnt take a pic..

1- remove the stock air filter and throw it - do not replace it with kN - instead ..relocate the Air filter as shown below and add a small aluminium pipe for the filter to take action and convert it to cold air .. :)

pictures below with everything that u need to use for tools and a how to ...

    1-how to start

    Knn308_zps90322228.jpg

    2- remove the stock filter

    DSC_3036_zpsf80ff91e.jpg

3- do not put it back .....!!

    4-get Kn filter

    DSC_3025_zpsc31b6fca.jpg

5- custom make an aluminium bracket to insulate the filter from the hot air like this

    DSC_3029_zpsde1ef575.jpg

6- put a small alumiuim pipe like this around 3.5" length

    DSC_3031_zps7f2f726a.jpg

7-place the KN filter in NOW -

    DSC_3035_zps0e024638.jpg

8 - now ur ready to feel the difference - the car breathe better -much better ...

the link is below if anyone wants to have a look at the pictures ..do not know why i cant upload pics here :)
