u will not feel much difference in terms of fulel. Qx4 / pathfinder are big time fuel drinker. In terms of luxury and drve on road 45 is way etter than 4

did u chck ur drive shaft. This is also one of the cause of shaking

No i left it like this. There is a leak but at the neck of bottle. So the fluod is always there in the bottle atleast 3 quarter of bottle is alwasy full

i guess it is the connection or the on-off triger, because the light goes off with some bumps, and after some time agan come back if car is driven in sandy payches with jerks

CHecked the fuse, every thing is fine, i guess it is the switch inside the bottle that is malfunctioning

Same, no imporvement.

My Oil and Oil filter are new, Did the computer Diagnostic and nothing came in that also.

Washer is working perfectly, Checked with Computer Diagnostic Machine, there is no Fault Code appearing.

But Just this annoying light is ON in Speedometer,

Try to engage and Disengage 4x4 while driving at various speeds with Jerks, it worked for me, may be it wiil work for you as well,

another option is to remove the negative terminal of your battery and let it sit there for half an hour, then tight the negative again, it should fix your problem.

All other parts are bought by the garage, but they did not buy the innder fender liner Left Side (the black Plastic piece that is behind the Bumper and in front of the tyre that protects the back of fog lights)

The original one for QX4 is for 100 Dhs. where as the Tejari should not cost more than 30 Dhs, (I bought one for my path finder and it costed me 30 Dhs)

Moreover, I am looking to change my spark plugs with Platinum one, if you can get any good deal on those ?

Yes I am sure. about the consumption, By the Way most of my driving is on Dubai Sharjah road, going and coming from office.

Though I have checked ti on highways as well (Abu Dhabi return trip). still it didnt go more than 350 kms on 100 dhs at average cruise speed of 120-130

My earlier pathfinder was giving the same average, and even at that time every other pathfinder owner was telling me that their vehicles give very good patrol average, that is the reason i sold my trusted Pathy and bought this one, but again, this vehicle is also giving the same petrol average.

Its approx. 290-300 kms in 100dhs

Original rear spring were 275 a peice, when i c,heckd for my pathfinder an year ago

Scrap for pathy is available but nothing for QX4. Even i could not find tijari parts fir qx4. Regarding mechanical these are exactly same as pathy' so i always use pathfinder parts for qx4

last weekend I was Driving over the Sand Dunes with lot of Bumps due to zillion previous tracks, and my car was jolting harshly, then all of sudden the Washer Fluid warning light came on,

After the Drive, I checked and found that the Fluid was at around 1/2 level, still i filled it to maximum, but the light did not switched off. I tried to hit the bottle to replicate the jerks and jolts it received during the drive, still no result, then I took out the main Switch/Plug from the bottle, remove the negative battery terminal and let it sit there for half an hour, then I plugged these back again, but still the light is on.

Can any one suggest any solution ?

What benefit in consumption once can anticipate by replacing Stock Spark Plugs with Platinum ones

I am having the same problem, When I start my car in morning, after driving about few minutes mostly in 1st gear, the RPM starts going high upto 3500 to 4000 rpms and the car barely moves, after few minutes it becomes okay, this happens only in Stop and Go traffic, because I get stuck in traffic jam as soon as I leave my Parking and then all the way till my office the traffic is like this, this problem only happens in stop and go kind of traffic, On holidays when there is not traffic and I dont have to stop and go every second moment, then the rpms behave normaly,

any ideas guys,

I got OEM Pathfinder springs for my earlier car at arrounf 300 a peice from BMW, the same should fit in QX4 as well.

Nop. Its kms. But unfortunately for last two weeks its lying ingarage. Some hit me on front just after ten

days of buying this one. And the garage guy is not able to get the parts, or may be the cheapest parts in order not to shrink his profit.

Suffering alot without car

Some mechanic's people advise also changing the oxygen sensor(4 pieces-150 dirham each!!!) and only genuine spark plugs,air and fuel filter,and trotthle sensor (170dhs) also need to change.

Some ingector cleaner (which not reccomended by Nissan factory) NO NEED to USE!!!

One man from Russian forum told me that his Pathfinder (R50,3.3) eating 30-35 liter per 100 km!

I think this problem have all 3.3 and 3.5 engine(QX4/Pathfinder models),if we will change every thing,what's requaired for reduse fuel consumption - it will be half car price!!!

U r right, it will cost u half of car price still u will not get what u wished for

yes u r right it has a tank of 79 litres. But i normally fill it once the light comes on so it means it still have more than 10 litres in reserve, at one occassion i had driven my pathy some 55 kms once after the fuel light came on

Hi Massaget, what is ur QX4s fuel consumption. My car is gcc so the odometer is in Kms. Fill up ussualy 65 ltrs. For around 100 to 110 dhs. In which it goes 300 kms.

Because of the heat here in Uae. The oil lost its viscosity quickly. And get contaminated more. Hoever if unfeel that oil still has its lubrication and the colour' u can use it uptil 10k
