What are you missing?
You just need a deflator and tire pressure gauge.
I can lend u a spare radio, if you need.
i have everything, except i stored it earlier in Al dhaid in a warehouse. i have a shovel, deflator, flag, radio, jack, pressure gauge, synthetic rope and shackles, etc.. i couldn't reach the warehouse however today and so i have at the moment.
will see you all on the next Friday drive for sure though. cannot be more excited and i apologize for cancelling on such short notice!
have a lovely trip and be safe.

You can post any of your stuck or someone else stuck or even youtube stuck to discuss and learn
my question will be, how to self recover from such stuck though? low gear and moving the steering in different directions did not work for example. what would be the next move? where to dig ? where to steer. it is a tricky angel and i feel a wrong recovery may flip the vehicle.

Looks like you made a small error. Which radio do you have ?
Send and Receive frequencies should be the same. You might have programmed the send frequency as 446.00625 and receive as 462.8875.
I have the baofeng uv-5r

You will find all the 5 Carnity frequencies in below topic. Also the tutorial and video on how to program your radio.
Let me know if you have any questions,
Thank you! already programmed all 5 channels. is it normal however that when you press the PTT button the frequency on the screen will change?
i feel like my recieving frequency and my transmitting frequency are different. not sure if however this is how it should be. for example now i am on channel one and the screen shows frequency of 446.006.25 when i click PTT 462.887.50 comes up on the screen.

Hi, i will be joining my 1st drive with the group soon. due to COVID 19 restrictions i understand that we cannot get off our cars so all the communication will be done through radio from the starting point.
what radio frequency should i set in advance to communicate in drives? is it a fixed frequency in all drives? thanks.
