    try it at maximum speed to see if it works or not

    If yes, your resistor pack that is in the ground circuit has gone bad i for the fan speeds

    if its not still working then get a 12awg gauge wire to use as a ground black/yellow wire and see if the fan comes on as it seems that the fan is the problem
