A 3'' lift would be optimal as they love to roll if you go higher than that.
If you want ground clearance install the bubble tyres aswell as the kit.
A 3inch kit can come with easy installation and no need for new shocks, just new arms and bushing .
A kit would cost around 2,000 dhs along with an installation of 1,000 if you know the right shop.

For the titan almost any tyres are suitable depending on your rim size. Depending on what you want it to look like.
previously i had BF's on mine with a size of 275/70 R17. They were both good onroad and offroad. I wanted a more aggressive look,
so i placed Coopers at 315/75. This made it look like a different car.
