  1. Well the fuel economy gets affected from various reasons, just adding for people to know the key pointers:

    1. Newer the engineering better the fuel economy
    2. Heavier the car, worsen the economy
    3. Faster, more performance off-road / on road worsen the economy (trade-off)
    4. More number of gears offer better economy
    5. Timely serviced cars with right engine oil specification or synthetic oil.
  2. Hey guys. I am planning to buy Nissan tiida for my mother. She is a new driver and thus i prefer her to go for a hatchback segment car. I love nissan brand, but not really sure about the hatchback segment cars. I always had a sedan and 4x4 segment cars. Please suggest me if nissan tiida is a good choice for my mother. Thanks

  3. Hello everyone. These days the battery of my maxima is running really down. I took my car to the center and they advised me to change the car battery. I am not really a technical person, so can anyone tell me what are the things that i need to keep in mind before I replace the car battery?

  4. Hi friends

I dont have much knowledge about the manual transmission cars. I own 5 years old Nissan sunny manual transmission car. I just want to know how do we suspect the clutch problem in the manual car? Since my work timings doesn't allow me to go to the service center, just wanted to know I f i can suspect the problem in my clutch on my own. Please advice. Thanks.

  5. Generally one faces ignition problem in two cases:

    1. No fuel: If it is because of the fuel, then the reason can be bad fuel pump. Since your car is quite old, may be the fuel pump needs to be replaced or repaired.

    2. No spark: If you think that there is no spark when you are trying to start the car, then may be crankshaft position sensor(CKP) is broken or loose.

You should take it to the center and get the fuel pump as well as CKP checked.

  6. Thats a very interesting topic to discuss upon. Many people prefer second hand Nissan cars at a first place rather buying a new one. Well, i have a different approach. I would prefer if you are new to Dubai and just got your licence, then your choice must be Used nissan car. There are many reasons behind buying a Used Nissan car when you are new to the city. First, driving a used car is the preferred option if you are new in order to avoid any kind of hazard which can be small scratches or bumps. Second, since you are new to the roads you may take time to get familiar with the traffic and varying speed on different roads. And nissan is a good option when buying a used car as the maintenance cost is always under control.

And once you know all the rules and speed limits of different roads in Dubai, you are ready to buy a New Nissan car of your own.

    :D:):P8-)

  7. Any knowledge how much a extended warranty of Nissan cost? and also does it worth it. I have a Nissan Altima, 2009 and spotted this center console problem (dashboard). As the vehicle moves it shakes and rattles making a screeching sound. So if I have to fix it will this come under the extended warranty . Any idea do pass on the info here plz
