my 2006 prado is i am assuming is having a radiator issue
the radiator fluid is getting evaporated very fast
am i right or is there any other problem

Overheating is very common in hot climate like in UAE, in all cars.
Slight negligence in cooling system and booooom.
Check the radiator is first step. Not leaking, not blocked. If yes get it fixed/cleaned.
Check AC fan is working properly.
Radiator has enough coolant and radiator expansion bottle is also filled.
Change the thermostat first when in doubt, as there is no way you can check thermostat inside the car. And changing that is cheaper option.
