Try the capital garage for VW, they are good and better than dealer in money but not very cheap all though.

I had Passat for 4 years and i must say its really good car in looks, power and respect. Good choice. As far as service goes if i rem correctly it was around 300 -400 dhs for minor oil change and 1000 - 3000 dhs for major service depending on which interval service you go for. Better get the service contract as it will save hassle and cost bit cheaper than doing individual services in long run.

wiper motor seems to be not functioning properly as it supposed to be.

Do you some backward movement on right wiper which is not working or is it completely dead? If some movement is there then mechanic need to open it and re fix it and time it properly, that usually happen if mechanic have remove the wiper from its angles and then fitted wrongly, it misfires and get desynchronize.

Check the battery and its terminals is fixed properly. See if alternator is working fine. Check all fuses and relays. Check if all wires and pipe is secured away from hot manifold and exhaust lines.

Its very difficult to point one doubt, so check above all things and be sure if its fine or not.

Get it check if CKPS is failing or have recorded any log for its failure. Its quite common start up symptoms of Crank Position Sensor failure.

Could be weak battery, wrong choice of spark plugs

Are you loosing power too and having white smoke too.

Then it means head gasket is leaking coolant with oil and damaging the head too. Get is change asap, with dealer or outside its same. But its long and expensive job.

Carbon, spark plug, injector it could be many things.

Get injector cleaner and drive at high speed for sometime and see if it helps.

Else check all spark plugs and wires, if not then get compression test done to identify that which cylinder is missing and making rough idling.

hey i have a 2000 Beetle that ive had for over a year now. it is a real head turner and i love this car but there is this problem It suddenly has a water(or something) leak on the rear floor on the driver side. i dnt think this is car wash problem coz i have got it done a zillion times Its SOAKED. i dont know what to do or what the problem is. any ideas?
