You were right Bro. The transmission fluid level was completely null. Even the mechanic told me the same thing that i came on a right time otherwise it would have seriously affected the transmission and the complete engine as well.

Actually there is one ignition switch under the steering that actually locks the steering. First pull your power steering off. You will see the wiper assembly inside and turn signal that hols the ignition switch. Just take that thing out. Once you take the ignition switch out, your steering is loosenow and will not get locked. Install the steering back and thats it! the lock is gone.

 Well I think is because of overheating. If your engine is too hot and there is smoke coming out, then yes it’s overheated. Cost of repairing it actually depends on from where the leak is. You might have to get some auto parts replaced.

I think the egine os overheated. Try to touch the engine dash, If you feel is too much heated then may be the engine is overheating. Its bad dude. Open the engine for a while and wait till it cools down. I think there is some leak in the engine. Check for the leaks using the smoke machine.

Hey people. I have Touareg 2005 model. These days i can experience hesitation in my car. Few days back i was going out with my family and suddenly my car started virbrating badly. Looks is something that you can regenerate even in a 10 year old car, but technology is one thing can needs to be updated with time. And don't forget that even the luxurious cars are only technology driven before putting it into a better shape. So offcourse, the base is always technology than looks.

Leaking radiator is a big problem. Most of the times because of the internal leaking, it is not possible to fix the leak, rather the radiator from the engine is replaced. Moreover, if you do not take your car to the workshop the leaking can get worse.

Not only that, if you face small issues in your car which is easy to diagnose then you can opt to solve that on your own as well. For example changing the filters or bolts. Some of the things require specific tools, but it doesn't mean that you cannot fix it. You just need to know the proper concept. And that's it. And I suppose only few people know how to detect if the battery of the car is good or bad. Who so ever knows about it, please discuss with everyone so that everybody should know what is a good battery and what is bad?

The brake pads generally becomes spongy and soft when you do not change the old brake fluid from the brakes. But you can flush off the old fluid from the brakes by bleeding brakes process. But also remember that bleeding brakes is the last option to opt for only if the brake line was opened or the modulator (or pump) was replaced.

My friend is planning to buy VW Jetta and asked me for a suggestion if its a right car. I reviewed about the car but somewhere i found out that VW Jetta has very high maintenance cost! Who so ever has VW Jetta, please advice about the same if its a right choice to go for this car!

Beetle is a nice car for females. It completely suits their choice. But please note that sometimes the parts of VW beetle are hard to find. Though the car is good, but if you take it to the service centre if in any damage, it takes time to get the same essence back because the parts are not easily available in the local market. Otherwise if you drive safely, its a nice car in a long run.

You can browse in Musaffah. I was living in Abu Dhabi for 2 years and the work shops in musaffah are really nice and expert in servicing. But tell her to go with some one and the workshop people may charge her more money if she is goign alone.

For jump starting the Volkswagen beetle, make sure you have healthy car next to you. Check both car battery bay and drive the healthy car as close as to each other battery bay. Both cars completely switched off, clip the jumper cable on both cars in right order of red (negative) to red and black to black (very carefully). Then start the healthy car and let it run on idle for 5-10 mins and then attempt to start your beetle. If your car battery has died then with this jump start, it will start the car. If it still fails, then there is something more involve than just battery failure, and you need to get the car to mechanic on recovery truck.

if i may ask why do you want to get the chassis checked? this is not a very wet area where chassis can get rusted. Are you driving a old car then you will have to get them checked or if you have met with an accident then. i have never hear anything other then these issues.
