The tow hitch isn't safe for tow rope pull out as it's meant for constant load for towing. Do you have stock tow points at the back? If not better to buy a hitch receiver with a shackle for tomorrow, as it's mandatory for all cars.

You can start with a door pillar rubber seal and beading, remove and re-fix it again with a firm hand to test again. Sometimes car inspection guy removes it to check for an accident and doesn't push it properly with a firm hand.

That's a good point of concern, but hoping and trusting Toyota and LC flagship it will perform well. Turbos and Supercharge need to be perfectly tuned with an engine to kick at the right time for off-road use. Single turbo mostly has a lag, this lag reduced a lot on the supercharger and then twin turbo surpasses with newer tech. Ram TRX is SC Ford Raptor is Twin Turbo Raptor R is SC So going with regular applications and competitors opting for off-road applications, I am more than sure TT in LC will perform well in sand too. @essam ibrahim Is your LC is Twin Turbo? Please share your views on power usage in demanding off-road situations.

4.0L has 271 hp & 385 Nm vs 3.5 TT has 409 hp & 650 Nm, so I'm sure Toyota has to price it differently. The same applies to off-roading, as a better power-to-weight ratio always wins.

Best way is to get to good engineering (lathe) workshop and ask them to remove it. Still if they break, they have a opposite thread drill bit kind of tool with which they can drill on broken head and remove it.

If you are buying Y62 for 90% city use and 10% off-road at newbie and fewbie levels, it makes sense to trim the bumper and body protection is essential. If you plan to buy this as a dedicated off-road toy you will regret it due to electronics, heavy weight and too expensive to maintain for weekly off-roading.

Thanks @JeromeFJ for hosting the Iftar gathering and followed by an amazing night drive. I joined the night drive after a long gap and thoroughly enjoyed the sweep where I could enjoy seeing the light of all cars buzzing through the dune. Your binoculars were amazing to show the moon with such great details. Now I also need one. Everyone drove fantastically even at a few places where level was just above Newbie for certain tricky crossings or climbs.

Thanks @Stumpy, mine is Gen 2.5 (even weird to get such parts), recently added King springs at the back, and now afraid to twist the front torsion bar to increase stress on the CV axle and make them go crazy. Body lift means engine spacer like...?

Check or replace the vacuum pipe that goes just behind the driver seat - underneath the car and connects the black rubber pipe to the rear locker. If this is fine, check for an air compressor behind the driver seat - inside the car side panel. If you hear the compressor noise when engaging the rear diff lock, that means the compressor is fine. @Luke K P can you confirm if you hear the compressor noise in gen 4? Mine (Gen 2.5) was lazy for a long time, check and the mechanic fixed the wiring correctly and changed the compressor, then it engaged instantly.

150K for the wrangler must be end or close to the end of its time around 200 or 250K, where it will require constant maintenance. Rem, it's US manufacture and not Japanese. Ideally, buy the lowest km driven possible even if it is 5-10% expensive, so you will have much less trouble and have a more usable life to enjoy. Always buy a used car that has a full-service history shown to you in either invoices or a stamped booklet. A slight delay in service interval is acceptable, but if some long gaps are there, look for another vehicle. Have patience while buying, so that you can filter lemon and scammers with phone calls. Only go to viewing for the car that has sent you the service record over WhatsApp. This one approach will filter over 70% of cars instantly. Buying from the owner will be slightly cheaper than the dealer, but again search for both as many dealers scout diamond and price it slightly higher, which will save your time and future trauma for a little extra cost. I once bought a 6-year-old car with 67k on the clock with FSH from a used car dealer with a 10% extra premium. For inspection RTA comprehensive check is not bad (and not great either), but if you know some garages, ask them to inspect, they might do a better job. Last but not least, buy stock condition Wrangler and not modified, not even slightly modified, as that will give you a LONGER usable lifespan for off-roading.
