  1. With the dust conditions here in the UAE .. its good to change the carbon filter like every 20,000 km !! i keep a eye on it since im asthmatic and the dust just gets to me. There are plenty of to-dos over the internet that you can find and im sure you'll find videos as well .. dont worry if its not a peugeot.. they easy to replace so videos can give you an idea.

  2. Yeah its important you keep track of the gearbox oil ... helps with the long-running of the car. Its something so basic that every person should know about and should take matters in their own hands. I think for the alternative method you need to access the gearbox from under the car. Then again I cant be sure because i dont know about it. good luck

  3. Anyone here know what a BSI RESET is? A lot of technicians/electricians use that option as the bsi control module is connected to everything electrical. The procedure for the reset is a little time-consuming but it apparently puts the control module back to factory specified settings. According to my information, a lot of peugeot faults can be traced back to this control module.

  4. If vibrating while braking or violently shaking while hard braking then its the brake disc which is getting thinner and thinner.

Brake disc should have atleast 4-6mm thick and anything lower than that demands the new set of brake disc. So change the front pair of brake disc as 70% of time front brakes stops the vehicle and front disc get thinner by 3 times faster than rear ones.
