City may be little bit cheaper but being a cheaper it also break more due to cheap quality, so only from that point I will spend some more and get civic. As rest all point is also better in civic.

I had a civic few years back and it was damn very reliable small ride, had plenty of good memories of roaming around with my wife before marriage.

Only thing you can do is cover with dashboard mat, which you already done (I guess). Second always put sunshdae while leaving car in direct sunlight, this will prevent further cracking of dashboard.
Btw, you can't fix whatever is broken as you can only replace with new one.

I had Honda Accord few years back and drove for 3 years, literally without a single issue for 65,000 kms. I bought at 50k and sold at 115k. Terrific car with good reliability and durability. Five star.

Full-Size SUV
- Ford Explorer: 13-14 L/100
- Mazda CX9: 13-14 L/100
- Mitsubishi Pajero: 13-14 L/100
- Chevrolet Tahoe: 14-15 L/100
- Nissan Patrol: 15-16 L/100
- Toyota Land Cruiser: 16-17 L/100
The more capable the offroad SUV higher the fuel consumption. hmm. So everything comes with a price. lol.
Good list guys, keep it up.

- Fiat 1901 = Harry Potter
- Ford 1912 = Tea cup or Half speedometer
- Mazda 1962 = Music record company
- Renault 1919 = Alligator
- Vauxhall 1970 = Nation flag

10k for major service, you can get another car for that price. Damn Porsche's are made of gold....?

This summer I am experience relatively more noise from engine bay when standing at redlight or on slow moving traffic, that If I switch off the AC I can hear it nice and loud inside the cabin. Is this an indication of some issues going to arise, or sometiem BMW 330 behave that way and it's normal....? Btw its over the period of time it has increased and it's not decreasing now nor increasing further.

Any indication appear on dash like Overheat, Lo-Oil icon, Lo-coolant icon, Check engine light etc....?

It was really nice to see this week newsletter with Go Karting focus (thanks to admin). Surprisingly we still have limited traction on this subject, may be people are busy travelling or Ramadan is not very ideal for such activity.
Let's keep limited focus and go ahead with the next best available timing and have some experience and post some good pictures here....!

Saleem, what you think about outdoor vs indoor...? As friday is not avalible in late evening and only Saturday morning is there...!
-
I agree Saleem, this Friday I am also tied up. Next friday look's good but isn't it too close to iftar timing and people might not enjoy while fasting!
How about saturday morning 4 July...?
-
Thanks Gaurav, for the update but timing looks really bad and tight considering ramadan and iftar timings. Only open day I would say is 26 June, Friday at 8 or 8.30 PM slot giving people time to break the fast and join.
Saleem, Danny, Nutbolt, Je'h, 8erald, Gaurav are you in for 26th June.....?
-
Thanks Gaurav, I was busy yesterday whole day out of office for site visit in Abu Dhabi and couldn't check this earlier. Will wait for your update on availability.
-
To be honest, more than technical limitation it sounds like logical limitation.
I have TV screen and at any given time only one Bluetooth wireless headset works, not two.
-
Bank always is advisable or even better as no interest for 5 years from many dealers during ramadan month. Do you know these offers already...?

Hi Saleem, what I meant is to get together and go for Go Karting over the coming weekend in Autodrome or Emirates Kart Zone.
Once we have at least 5-10 members, then it will be good to go and socialize with car enthusiasts. I will start listing the names:
- Amid
- Saleem

This is super initiative by Dubai Police to make bloody road safe, and educate monkeys to how to drive cars and respect life more than few seconds of their time.
-
Though summer is kickin hot - no much outdoor left in here. Thinking of getting together for a Go Karting session, any takers?

Hi Guys,
I have been saving for BMW 3 series ever since I come to UAE, and now 4 series has been launched and available here looks like perfectly placed to bridge the gap between 3 and 5 series. Styling and exterior looks really classy for 4 series as compared to standard looks of 3 series. Anyone considering 4 series in here???? Appreciate any feedback, good or bad, worth or not from the horses mouth. cheers.

What I know is that synthetic oil is more reliable than normal oil. And it’s more rich in driving experience.
-
I did that. But I am not really happy with my decision. I got to know after wards that my car had a better value if I would have sold it to a genuine customer. Trust me dude, don’t let your dealer decide the price but rather sell your car on your own to a customer who is willing to buy your car.

No way. Everything is fine with Airbags. Recently i had an accident and thanks to Airbag, i didn't get hurt. What I am trying to say is that the airbag sensors of Audi is working nice, at-least in my car.

What about the damn bloody performance, that supposed to be number 1 than any other factor or characteristic.
Overall it was good fun reading some weird analysis. I like it.
