Safety Recall Campaign Statement: Driver Airbag INFINITI Q30 MODEL YEAR 2016-2018
In coordination with the UAE Ministry of Economy—Department of Competition and Consumer Protection and in line with the directives of the Ministry of Economy, INFINITI Middle East announces a Safety Recall Campaign for the INFINITI Q30-2016 to 2018 models which will begin effective immediately. United Arab Emirates, Dubai, 12th March, 2018: Arabian Automobiles and Al-Masaood Automobiles, distributors of INFINITI in the UAE, released the following statement:
Following communication with INFINITI Middle East, we have started a Recall Campaign affecting 365 INFINITI-Q30 vehicles from MY 2016— 2018 in the UAE.
An unintended deployment of the driver airbag may happen. INFINITI will repair the vehicles at no cost to the customers.
In the Interest of delivering the quality and customer care highest standards of INFINITI, Arabian Automobiles and Al-Masaood Automobiles will begin contacting customers with affected models to inform them about the situation and update them on next steps.
