    LC 300 Flag mounting

Hi @Looper, Can get the mount fabricated from any offroad garages and get the flag from dragon mart. Mounts from dragon mart would be only suction ones. Permanent solution would be to get a bracket on stock bolts something like this. But the question coming from you with mount brackets all across the jeep I doubt if I've interpreted the question correctly 🤔
  3. I am looking to get some ideas on flag mounting options for a LC 300. I am advised to go to Dragon mart get something cheep, anyway it’s going to be temporary for now. But has anyone have a long term solution for me for later?
  4. Hi Fred, A friend in Ireland said the same thing to me. People these days have short attention spans. Personally, I like books. I can check the index and go to what I need to know. But I totally agree with what you are saying. I do like your idea. Way back in the early days there was a technical article section on Carnity where I used to write about topics like how to diagnose faults on your own vehicle. No idea what happened to it. I’m open to doing something like that again if you’re interested but this time maybe concentrate more on the 4x4 side of things. Hit me up and we can discuss further. Zubail, thank you for your kind words. I have spent my whole life working on cars. People taught me, now it my turn to pass it on.

  6. Mitchell “Mitch” Perera was a much-loved and respected figure in the UAE's automotive community. A passionate car enthusiast, skilled automotive specialist, and driving force behind Liberty Motorsports, Mitch played an important role in shaping the country's car culture, particularly within the American muscle car, custom car, and off-road communities. More than his knowledge of cars, Mitch was known for his generosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to share his experience with others. Over the years, he earned the respect and friendship of countless enthusiasts, leaving a lasting impression on the UAE's automotive scene. His passing is a great loss to the community, but his passion and legacy will live on through the people he inspired. Shahzad Sheikh of Brown Car Guy has written a touching tribute to Mitch, reflecting on his life, friendships, and contribution to UAE car culture. Read the full tribute here: In Memory of Mitchell “Mitch” Perera: An Icon of UAE Car Culture - Brown Car Guy

Thank you @Looper for another amazing drive! It was great to be back in the sand after almost a year. The route selection was excellent, avoiding cross tracks as much as possible to make the drive smoother. We also had some good climbs, which I really enjoyed. Everyone drove well and maintained the convoy. Thank you to the support team @Andrei S, @Rachid, @Zulfikhar Naiyarfor a great morning drive, and thanks @Looper for your kind feedback on my role as second lead. See you all on another drive!

Hi All, Thank you @Looper for a fantastic drive to Big Red. The wet sand made it a completely different desert, and you led us through it really smoothly. Thanks @Andrei S for the patience and the feedback. Noted on staying calm and listening to instructions during a recovery, lesson learned! Thanks also @Zulfikhar Naiyar and @Rachid for all the help on the dunes, and congrats on the promotion, Rachid! See you all in sand soon
