If coolant is fine and radiator is working i am assuming as your car hasnt exploded than it must be either AC fan (electrical one) or radiator fan (mechanical one) is faulty. Get both the fans tested with or w/o AC load and see if they are fine. Radiator fan also known as clutch or viscous fan that have two speed. One in normal speed and second one is hi speed that get to work once car started overheat little bit. In hi speed that fan makes hell of a noise. If your car starts overheat and you are not hearing that noise that means its time to change that viscous fan clucth.

Check the front suspension and its bushes, it might be getting old and thats why making noise on bumps.

Al Ghandi, always have an option of extending warranty, for that you need to buy their service package must. I think its 2k - 3k for additional 2 years to make it 5 year total. In Tahoe 4 cylinder deactivating system is active fuel management system that shuts of four cylinders when its not needed for delivering power. Especially at highway upto 100kmph speed. More than 100 - 110 kmph or so it will switch on 8 cylinder. Regular stop and go run you will be using all 8 cylinder most of the time. So ask yourself if your family is buying for regular city driving or majorly for highway and sometimes city.

May be engine mount is bad and that's why it produces the jerk when u move the car. Just for testing, check if jerk only come when u move from N to D = engine mount, more than likely. If it comes when in D and you release brake to move fwd then it could be something serious in engine or gearbox.

Get your CKPS (Crank Position Sensor) checked and changed if its faulty. I doubt anyone can check CKPS in this part of the world, so better get the computer testing done for finding fault code. If it points even 1% in line of CKPS please change that. As many times CKPS failure do strange weirdo problem that is not documented and explained by any scan tool. After all its electrical glitch.

Sorry to hear about your ordeal with light issues. Best bet is to deal the problem one by one. Usually check engine light comes for a reason. It could be small or big it depends on the fault code it throws. First time fault code pointed gear issue, that seems to me quiet right and the mechanic who forced to clear it was a mistake. You should have been fixing that first and then clear the code. Do you remember exact code so that i can advise you better. Second time Lost comm must be due to bad OBD tool mechanic is using. Suggest if you dont have first guy fault code. Get the third computer check with CHEVY SPECIALIST who uses GM certified scan tool that is capable of digging more precisely than the generic tool for all brand. Once you get the new code, please post here and i will help you further. Please dont ignore the engine light issues, as it can get really serious and nasty if overlooked. You are lucky to drive for 4 months till now but please dont continue it for your safety and cars health.

Check with a starter relay first, then doubt the fuel delivery and then starter motor itself. Also check for spark plug and ignition coil giving enuf spark to spark the fuel????

Better go to alignment guys or may be the one who do the lazer wheel alignment and may be they can fix it properly without changing it. These things (metal pieces) made for life and usually nothing go wrong with them if you dont hit them hard with rocks.

Super has 98 octane Special has 95 octane Your car need any petrol above than 91 or 92 octane to run, so they both are above standard than your car need. Choose any, just dont change and mix the special and super often. Nothing gonna happen if you mix but your AFM setting may vary for a while. As 98 octane fuel burn better and give more mielage and hp than 95. Difference is in micro mm variance, so focus very closely if want to notice the difference after you switch from 95 to98.
