Sounds like AFM (Air Flow Meter) sensor issue. Better get it checked as AFM sensor is expensive and must be above 1500 aed atleast.

its a wheel alignment issue, send it to trading enterprise if its in warranty and they will fix it. Or else get to some reputed wheel alignment shop like FIX PLUS in emarat or eisa saleh al gurg ad they will check it electronically and fix it.
