  1. michellin are the best in my opinoin. all the best
  2. the message needs to be removed once you get the oil changed. Visit a good car servicing and they can do that for you
  3. this video is with instructions too. hope it helps. http://youtu.be/6hURsa46t4M
  4. If its normal service, i would go to enoc and eppco without a second thought. If its major service then take it to dynatrade and bring parts whatever is due to change, that way you can save lot of bucks.
  5. Hand brake has a separate mechanism than your normal foot brake, if car is relatively new less than 5 years then you can get the hand brake adjuster nut little bit tight (as it has room for adjustment). If its older then i think the hand brake shoe (which is separate part) needs changing.
  6. coolant must be leaking inside the radiator. if not in the radiator then its coolant is leaking somewhere.
  7. As getting a check engine message is in itself a warning that dont start the car and get a expert to get the car checked. all the best and i hope that you resolve the problem
  8. Used is always better as it costs much less and if you make sure the car is clean like if the service history, checking of the complete car then why to spend 4 times the amount which will lose its value in the span of a year anyways.
  9. Mechanic could fix spark plug in whole day, as when he starts the car it do big missing as if i bought bad spark plug. After whole day of exercise another senior mechanic discover that one of the spark plug gap is messed up as while installing it fell in engine bay and messed up the spark plug gap which makes too much hesitation and missing.
  10. Dealers are the one option but im sure it will be expensive. You can search online from which company those maps are from, right from vendor like Garmin or Navtec or Route66......!
  11. DVD cant play while car is moving as its not safe for you my friend and thats why safety engineers in Kia have disabled that option. For central locking it should lock all doors if you close the driver door, while moving or while stationery.
  12. so......... why the competition name the car huyndaikia
  13. there can be lots of things going bad and needs to be changed engine oil brake oil gear oil coolant brakes filters and other things you will only know when the car is checked and given for maintenance which i suggest that you give it at the earliest as the more u wait bigger the list will go. all the best
  14. Always new. In such good value for money car i will always go for new. If you cant Kia new then i dont know what to say.
  15. Black smoke means ur car needs service badly, if its service regularly then check the engine oil and if its jet black then change oil asap. This black smoke means engine oil is really dirty and killing the engine performance.
  16. Go to ACE hardware in festival city branch opp IKEA they have very big collection of all car touch up paints. You might not get exact code wise, but you wil definetly find something very very close to it. I think each pen is for 5 - 10 dhs.
  17. You can find original one from company, or any aftermarket shops that sell genuine parts of Kia in Abu Dhabi. Like Shekarian Auto Parts in deira, Dubai 04 2324000. For fixing you can drive down to Mussaffa and you will have many shops of all level doing car maintence job.
  18. You mean the reverse sensor? You can get plenty from Satwa boys in less than 200 -300 dhs with neat job and fitting.
  19. In my case it was actually the oil filter issue, as Basim pointed. I got the non genuine oil filter from local service center boyz in shj. When changed to original ones, noise dissapaear. If your car is new, then better change the oil filter as you never know from how long that filter was damp in oil in Kia warehouse and several ports.
  20. Based on your experience, please share that which Kia you prefer to buy: Used vs. new and why?
  21. Share the detail of the oldest model of Kia you ever own in working condition.
  22. Please share what was your worst car workshop (garage) experience ever happened? And how you dealt with it?
  23. Please share what was your worst car problem ever happened? Why and how it happened (if you know)? And how you dealt with it?
