Battery stopped working after the steering rack was replaced
KiaDxb replied to khandelwal's topic in Kia Sorento Forum in UAE
Are the connections to the battery intact? to remove the rack usually the battery wires are removed from the battery. -
Cadenza is not usally a heavy car and these things you said will always be missing unless you drive Lexus GS430. However to improvise your present condition Hankook or Bridgestone makes much better tire with better road grip than nexen. So you will feel major difference in this upgrade for sure.

You wont get the perfect fit anywhere outside. For exact fit go to dealer. For little closer to perfect and in quarter of price than company you can check with Yellow hat, Ace hardware, deira naif mkt, satwa mkt. Those shouldn't cost you more than 300 - 500dhs, depending on quality.

Go to Autozone garage in rashidiya, they will do it in less than 1000 dhs with same quality for sure. They have booth paint house which the best way to do the paint than in open area.

where can i find original seat covers for my Rio?
KiaDxb replied to khandelwal's topic in Kia Rio Forum in UAE
Shj BMW road have plenty of shops selling original parts from dealer at very competeitive pricing. Sorry i dont keep their names and number, otherwise i would have gave you. Always better to go there and shop as on phone they give useless price. Go there and compare 2-3 shops and then buy. -
My ex company bought one, and yes we have taken couple of times offroad. You know how office cars been treated, still it survived the bashing and torture we gave. It is actually on figures having more HP than older cruiser, but rem it is delivering little bad fuel efficiency as oppose to Japanese offroad car. I think it has 272 hp and 360+ Nm torque, quite enough for decent offroad needs.

Where the water came from in the boot
KiaDxb replied to khandelwal's topic in Kia Sorento Forum in UAE
Check the boot beading, right below the screen. It must be loose or completely gone and this water made thru a car wash. Best is show to body shop mechanic to check all the beading in boot nicely, as many beading are slightly hidden under the cripple metal. -
Try in ACE Hardware, i bought Black and Decker from ACE. So far polished two cars. 3-4 hrs leisurely for 1 car. Quite happy with result.

Why Cant fill up fuel tank to the full capacity of Kia Rio?
KiaDxb replied to khandelwal's topic in Kia Rio Forum in UAE
The petrol tank vent is blocked that is blocking the air to escape as you add petorl. -
Better show to kia and ask them to fix this squeaking noise, may be old and brittle spare part must have been used so they will replace the new pads of disk which wont make noise.
-
