get the helmet and all protective gear too, as breaking bones and scratches are no fun. I had a minor fall that fracture my elbow in cemeted flooring

I had some good experience with auto pro couple of times and they are very easily available with walk-in feature unlike many other garage where you schedule an appointment to leave the car and then call your friedn to pick you up.

Any idea guys how many spare parts make one full car? And which brand or model has least amount of parts in it? Also am I right to assume that least parts = least probability to go wrong?

With present car market condition, I know all is too bad and car selling for cheap but i am want know how to find a fair value at first and then drop further to deal with bad market crisis. In us there is kbb - kelly blue book so if there is anything similar to that existing in dubai or uae car market? I am tired of seeing insurance inflated car value and used car dealers super deflated car values, there should be something in between to tell the owner of real fair value after certain kms and year of use.

can any one suggest me some brand and model for car vacuum cleaner that is very powerful and durable too. I got one which was powerful but it died after 3 tries, then got kenwood one and its not powerful enough.

Looking from inside stripped off interior and join with tapes over the gear panel seems like it's made for such crash as to test on real road causality and driver impact in serious crashes.

My car was yesterday little bit drowned and in evening it started perfectly fine when was logged water dispersed.

Water must have touched the chassis and little bit under-body, do I need to redo the rust proofing or it's ok....?

This seems preparing the plan to start charging for car registration and renewal based on rating and poor cars will pay more than efficient cars, that's why the gap is so less in 5 ratings. Make more money, as we need more roads and bridges in future.

I went once in that same place for other brand, and it looks they dont like to sell to end user and they just like to export used spare parts to rest of the world except UAE. I tried aflatoon, lucky (something) and A to Z three times and all turn sour.

Though my car is very well maintained and few years old, but being a fabric seats due to overtime wear and tear they look dirty, tired and aged. I have some car interior detailing videos and wondering what is the basic first step to start doing the detail cleaning. I am not up for workshop who do this job as my car is not as serious for those job at the meoment nor I have a time to leave the car for few days.

Appreciate if someone can advice the basic first level cleaning with locally available liquids / chemical. Thanks.

1. Does the engine crank at normal speed? Yes
2. Do you see any warning lights on the dashboard when it won't start? No
3. Did you replace the battery recently? No, 10-12 months back
4. Do you have a smart key, and when last did you replace the battery in the key? Yes, and battery changed long ago, but if its weak it fails completely and dont behave like this.
5. Does the problem only happen when the car was parked in the sun? No, it's always under shade.
6. Does the car run normally once it does start? Yes
7. Does it run normally all of the time? Yes
8. Does the idling fluctuate, or does it idle unevenly? No
9. Has the fuel consumption changed at all- does it now use more fuel than before? Don't know exactly but its more or less same as before
10. Does it take three or four attempts to start it when it won't start, and do you smell fuel when it does not want to start? Yes 3-4 cranking, but no smell.
11. How long do you crank the engine for when you try to start it? Only once, but when it delays it cranks for 4-5 times in one go before starting. Otherwise half crank it starts daily.

I have 2010 ES 350, and since few days i have occasional problem of starting the car after 3-4 attempts. Worst is its is not happening immediately and only happen after 8-10 hours of stop. And also it happen 4 out of 10 times and not always. I went to few mechanic and they asked me to leave the car (which I can't) to diagnose it. Any advise here will be very nice to plan my car maintenance and my office lift.
