The forum is a nice idea, but my experience driving a lexus is not so good enough. The poor refinement just isn't good enough. I don't know if in order to say the top-notch model and customer service, besides low running costs, does it worth it.

another reason can be maybe the fuse maybe not working. as this can be an easy and cheap solution to your problem too.
