Covid 19 is dangerous and lethal. We should not wear mask just because it is the rule but we should wear it for our own safety and to protect ourselves. Hello Everyone, Today, I went to get the oil for my pajero 120k service....I went to the agency for the Automatic Transmission Fluid and I was suggested Mitsubishi Pajero ATF SP III. I got a 5 Litres because the salesperson said I require 4-5L...I also asked 3 different mechanics about the quantity of Automatic Fluid required and I received similar reply 4-5 Liters. I am a bit confused because according to the Owner's manual the refill capacity is 9.7 litres of Automatic Transmission Fluid, which is twice the amount I am being advised. I have a feeling that garages are draining 4 Litres of Automatic Transmission Fluid and replaced it with fresh 4 Litres only. I want to replace the coolant as well. The agency salesperson and mechanics are advising to take a 4L is enough when the refill capacity in the manual is 10.5 litres. Can you please shed some light with this issue... looking forward for your recommendations

Thank you everybody for the drive and fun...Today, i was looking forward to learn and practise recovery with tow rope, however i ended up using it on myself 🤣. It was a different and very technical terrain with lots of challenges that we coped well with, there was lots of opportunities to enhance our skills. It was nice to see @Shamil after so long. Thank you so much @Srikumar, @Gaurav, @Frederic @Shiju Manuel....for the recommendations and advices which helped me to clear my confusion and to get a better idea which engine to get. Other than the engine oil, since it will be 120K service, i am planning to also change the gear box oil, differential oil, transfer box oil and the coolant...For these consumables i was thinking to get it from Al Habtoor.....Any recommendation will be highly appreciated.

Thank you @Srikumar. I got the below information from the manual and i wanted to know what is the most appropriate oil and viscosity for the UAE weather and the extreme usage since we use the car for off roading as well.

Hello Everybody, 120K service is due for my Pajero 2012. Did you try this engine oil 'Shell Helix Offroad Warrior? Any feedback?
