  1. I paid around 900 for the parts and around 300 for installation. My garage ordered the parts for me.
  2. You never know whose prayers are answered, even I was surprised that the emergency was sorted soo quickly.
  3. Hi @Wrangeld, the emergency is sorted and I can still come to the drive if my slot isnt taken.
  4. Ive never had any heating issues with my Pajero, but to be on the safe side, I just want to monitor them so I can take necessary action if during monitoring if I see the temps going high, Ive read on the forums that the guages in the car rise up when its already too late. Any specific obd scanners you would recommend? Regarding lighting, it makes sense, i'll come for a few night drives and then add them if necessary.
  5. Hi guys, with summer approaching, what are the steps to prep our car for summer drives? I can think of the following, 1. During day drives, it will be crucial to monitor engine oil and coolant temperature, whats the best way to monitor this? can someone recommend a OBD2 reader with an app? (Edit: Is my vehicle even OBD2 compliant ? I'm not able to find this information on Google, I drive a 06 Pajero) 2. For night drives, is it mandatory to add additional lights, if so can you suggest a few options?
  6. Thanks a lot @Rahimdad for the amazing drive, thanks @Islam Soliman and @Ahmed Wagdy for the support. I forgot to remove my flag after the drive and found it still hanging on tight on my roof when I reached home 😂 so for anyone who doubts the dragon mart suction flags, it can withstand speeds of upto 140kms/hr as well 😂, just make sure to clean both surfaces with sanitizer before applying the flag.
  7. Thanks everyone, special thanks to @Frederic and @Rahimdad bhai, you guys are my inspiration and motivation that power isnt everything and its all about the driver, so looking forward to refining my skills even further!
  8. I had an amazing drive, thank you everyone who was a part of this drive. special thanks to @Abdul Rahman Abdul Kader and @Islam Soliman for making the sure the convoy moved smoothly, @Rawad Bahsas, for your first newbie drive, you managed your beast quite well, hope your sister is feeling better now! Lastly, @Rahimdad bhai, thanks a lot for giving me the opportunity to become a 2nd lead and learn directly from you, it was a great learning experience, I've uploaded a few pics in the gallery, thanks again for an amazing drive!
