As of right now. I've replaced all lubricants. Every dushes. The steering mechanism is functional. Let me one or two sand-driving attempts, and will determine if anything needs to be fixed. -

@Frederic @Srikumar highly appreciated your feedback and all points are noted. Thank you. The clutch and gearbox replacement parts are very rare to find it seems. @FredericHow about 2009 3 Door Jeep wrangler manual transmission. Is it worth for liwa. Specially the issue on heating.. -

Thanks @Frederic for your feedback. Noted. Any advise on maintainace of the manual transmission xterra. -
Hello Everyone Good Afternoon, hope you all had a great weekend. In my quest for a used off-road vehicle, I have come across a number of options. My acquaintance has a manual gearbox xterra off road(diff lock) model from 2006 (US spec) that has been registered in the UAE and is in regular use. He is willing to sell it to me. Please advise if a vehicle with a manual gearbox can be used for off-roading. Will it be safe to travel across big dunes such as the Liwa Crossing? I enjoy driving with a manual gearbox on the road. I have never driven an off-road vehicle with a manual gearbox. So please share your thoughts about it and is that worth buying for off road use. I'm glad for your time and look forward to hear from you.

Excellent advice on purchasing an xterra. Please provide feedback on the purchase of an American-specification 2010 xterra model. For 20kAED. As I verify the VIN number. There are no significant incidents in the engine or front of the vehicle. Only a few dents on the back. That has been prepared by the agent. However, I'm concerned about American spec and the Electronics' VRC, Slip, ABS, and airpressure functions. Would it impact desert performance? With a disable switch or by removing it manually, is it adaptable to desert conditions? I liked the car inside and out, and it is within my budget. Do I need to spend an additional 5K to get it ready for desert? Or a small amount suffices. If not American, I have an option offer on 2008 GCC spec vehicle for 12k However, it has been exploited in the desert. And interior are completely not in good condition. Is it still worthwhile at this price and another 8k I can afford to prepare it? Looking forward to your insights.. @Chaitanya D @Krishna RR and all. 🙏
