noise when taking right

the car makes a weird noise from below the car when taking right turns

any reason for this

Lift the car and turn right and see what is hitting behind the front right tire, fix that loose flap or shiel hanging there and touching tire on every turn.

when the steering oil was leaking once i was having same issue.
