LandCruiser 2017 Model Spacer On Front Side and Spring on Rear Side is fine for increasing the height ?

Dears,

Is it ok that adding Spacer On Front Side and Spring on Rear Side is fine for increasing the height for my 2017 Model Land Cruiser. I had an enquiry with an off-road garage and they suggested me that for 2017 model company itself have strong spring at front side and only spacer will be enough. 

It will be ok for on-road driving also? or on-road driving will not be smooth ?

Appreciate valuable suggestions.
