gear problem needs a cheap fix

i have to make atleast 2 to 3 attempts to move my car it is N to D to and fro.

it is very expensive to change the gear.

is there a cheaper way to repair this problem

Its a gear shifter down attached to gear assembly (electronic part) access from under the car. I reckon its gear.
